Booking and Cancellation Policy
Bookings
To secure your appointment, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible, either via text message or email.
Cancellations
Cancellations more than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund, or reschedule to another appointment.
Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% late cancellation charge.
Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged in full.
These charges reflect the difficulty in filling appointments at short notice, together with the time reserved specifically for you and travel arrangements. If I am able to fill your cancelled appointment, I will happily refund any cancellation charge. If you become unwell, or experience exceptional circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. Each situation will be considered individually.
Home visits
Please ensure there is a suitable space available for treatment, together with adequate room around the massage table. If I arrive and the appointment cannot proceed due to an unsuitable treatment environment, or because no-one is present at the address, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the appointment fee will be charged accordingly.
Professional boundaries and therapist safety
Your comfort and wellbeing are important to me, and I am committed to providing a safe, professional treatment environment. I ask that all clients treat me with courtesy and respect throughout our interactions. Any form of inappropriate or suggestive behaviour or language will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to end a treatment immediately, or refuse to begin a treatment, if I believe my safety or wellbeing is at risk. In these circumstances, the full treatment fee will remain payable and no refund will be issued. By booking an appointment, you agree to behave respectfully, and understand that treatment is provided solely for legitimate therapeutic purposes.
What if I am running late?
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full appointment fee will still apply.
What if I am unwell?
If you have symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact me before your appointment. Where appropriate, we may be able to rearrange your appointment without charge.
